FAQ's

Cancellations / Refund are subjected to a cancellation fee according to the following conditions:
1- Full refund will be given if you cancel any tour 24 hours before the activity starts except ( excursions mentioned in point No 2 )
2- Full refund will be given if you cancel ( Cairo by plane / Jerusalem / Petra by boat ) 72 hours before the activity start.
3- No refund in case of no show
4- If we are going to cancel your trip for any reason, full refund will be given to you
5- Any trip cancelled by the customer due to sickness, will be requested a doctor medical report and the management will decide about the amount of the refund after deduction nonrefundable cost such as ( flight tickets / accommodation / transfer cost for private tours / Petra by boat cost ).
6- If you choose for any reason not to participate in any part of program during the tour , there will be no refund for these services as they are prepaid based on the number of participating .

there are 2 ways for payment tour :
A- Pay on Arrival :
1- for most of tours you can pay in the bus when our rep arrive to pick up you to the tour .
2- there are some specific trips which should be fully paid in advance such as ( excursions by flight / private tours)

B- Pay online :
We advise that you should Make full payment on line by credit card before arrival for below reasons :
1- to save your money by getting discount 5 % for online payment
2- Make sure you authorize your cards with your bank and Credit Card Company before you travel in order to you don’t find yourself on your holiday with cards you cannot use.
